Hospitality Musketeer – Red Bull

Purpose of the Role:
As a Hospitality Musketeer, you’ll represent Red Bull within the hotel industry, building strategic partnerships with key properties to ensure premium execution, visibility, and availability of the brand across all hotel consumption points. You’ll drive volume growth while positioning Red Bull as the preferred beverage for delivering unique, high-value guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Relationships: Partner with hotel stakeholders (concierges, bar managers, F&B directors) to establish Red Bull as a trusted and premium choice in hospitality.
  • Execute the Red Bull Culture: Ensure top-tier visibility and engagement across all consumption points, from bars to events, while embodying professionalism and deep knowledge of the industry.
  • Drive Business Growth: Maximize opportunities through strategic partnerships, creative activations, and effective account management to grow distribution and ensure Red Bull is featured on menus, served perfectly chilled, and priced optimally.
  • Event Activation: Negotiate and execute Red Bull’s presence at corporate events, conferences, weddings, and other hospitality-driven occasions.
  • Territory Management: Analyze the market, identify opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with accounts to drive consistent growth. Collaborate with distributors to ensure proper distribution and brand execution.
  • On-Premise Marketing: Implement Red Bull’s strategy in hospitality, using innovative tools to enhance brand visibility and guest experiences.
  • Market Research: Monitor competitors, identify new openings, and uncover strategic opportunities in the hotel ecosystem.

Qualifications

Previous experience working in the hospitality, night-life and/or FMCG industry preferred.
Basic market knowledge and integration into local On Premise industry and community is beneficial.
Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.
Strategic, innovative, commercially aware (shows understanding of sales and finance processes).
Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational ability.
Strong analytical ability (analyse sales and customer data).
Street smart. Know what's going on in the streets – understand all groups of people, what every type of person has to deal with daily and know how to act around them.
Self-aware and able to adapt communication, presentation and professional appearance according to audience and scene. Excellent communication, active listening skills and the ability to negotiate.
