2-3 years of experience in organizing large events and marketing in the sports industry (desirable), events or sports marketing agency, sport institution or federation.
Sports-minded and aware of the latest developments in the sports/events industry
Demonstrable BTL experience in successfully managing projects and/or events.
Relevant contacts in the sports and events industry
Profficient in English B2-C1 and the use of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
This role requires to work on some weekends and be accountable for supervising events during the weekends.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Events Specialist (Sports Events) at Red Bull will develop and execute strategic plans for high-impact sports events, ensuring alignment with the brand's goals and delivering exceptional experiences. They will foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and effectively manage budgets and resources to optimize costs while maintaining high standards. This role requires meticulous criteria, structure, planning, innovative problem-solving, and a focus on seamless event execution and post-event analysis.
The Events Specialist will mainly plan the Events Strategy with the Sprots Manager and lead the day to day operations of the Red bull Events Car and the Supported Events. They must have communication with local , regional and HQ teams around Sports events related topics as well as supporting the Sports Manager in the planning and execution of Own Red Bull events. They will also monitor control the execution of partnerships alongside with the Marketing team.
