ACHIEVEMENT OF AGREED GROWTH PLANS BY ACCOUNT
Deliver growth targets that are driven by business plans that are aligned and relevant to your customers and Red Bull priorities. Evaluation of activity within account with learnings applied.
Achieve agreed volume, profit, and net revenue targets.
Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and annual negotiations with Co-op to deliver sustainable growth.
Manage trade terms and promotional investment to maximize ROI.
FORECASTING, EVALUATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Forecast, drive growth and track development of the account to be able to make well informed, accurate and timely business decisions. Ensure accurate forecasts of base and promotional volume and point of sale material, with subsequent evaluation of activities undertaken for future implementation.
CUSTOMER CONTACT STRATEGY
Proactively manage customer contact strategy to remove obstacles to progress. Timely meetings with key contacts to ensure development of overall business plan. Contacts will include, but not be limited to Commercial, Logistics, Category, Finance and Operations.
RED BULL CONTACT STRATEGY
Build and maintain internal contact strategy to help meet overall account KPI’s. To include collaboration with Field Sales, Category Management, Logistics, Finance, Net Revenue Management, Brand & Shopper Marketing teams.
LEADERSHIP & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Support the development and coaching of NAE’s by focusing on strengths and coaching to achieve mastery
BRAND ADVOCATE
To be a brand advocate to your customer, the trade and Red Bull and mirror the brand values in order to deliver enhanced brand perception at all times.
Proven track record of achievement in within a commercial environment
Experience in the delivery of cost price increases
Experience of negotiating and running a joint business plan
Evidence of utilising and driving a customer contact strategy
Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills
Proven ability to handle, evaluate and utilise sales data and insights effectively

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a National Account Manager - Co-op FTC 12 Months to be based in within the UK.
The National Account Manager (NAM) is responsible for delivering volume, profit, and net revenue targets for the Co-op business unit, which includes Co-op Main Estate, regional societies, and Co-op Wholesale. This will be achieved by working closely with the Business Unit Controller and collaborating across the wider Red Bull business, including Field Sales, National Accounts, Logistics, Finance, Brand Marketing, and Category Management.
The role requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to execute the company’s strategic direction within the Grocery and Wholesale channel, with a focus on key pillars such as distribution, visibility, and activation.
90,000 - 160,000 GBP / yearly
