Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimization of Tax & Finance processes: support the implementation of projects pipeline by mapping AS IS, identifying gaps and proposing TO BE alternatives.
• Lead and follow up meetings with the relevant areas, ensuring all responsible areas are aligned with the project, executing their actions on time by applying suitable project management methodologies.
• Critical analysis of the processes identifying gaps / conflicts / overlaps and opportunities for improvement following project governance requirements.
• Support, collect information, study and participate in the actions related to the implementation/update/improvement of systems.
• Enable integration between data and business for strategic decision-making
• Prepare and standardize Business Process Procedures, create training materials and train all areas involved in the process.
• Actively participate in forums related to Tax and Finance digital transformations.
• Follow up KPI's of project, tracking efficiencies, delays, interdependencies.
• Holistic approach to solve business process complexities within finance and tax compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (Tax Law, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting)

Advanced or fluent in written and spoken English

Specialized qualifications in Tax Transformation Management will be valuable

Strong experience in Tax or Finance

Experience of working within an international group context

Problem-solving, Organized, Team work, Negotiation and Innovation

Previous experience with project management methodology and tools (BI, Figma is a plus)

Experience in Tax and Finance

ERP Literate (SAP HANA is a plus)
