Description
戦略的調達の推進
カテゴリー戦略の策定、コスト削減機会の特定、RFPの実施、契約交渉を担当。調達ポリシーの遵守を徹底し、サプライヤー評価プロセスを構築します。
カテゴリー管理
車両（営業車・イベント車両）、国内外出張、モバイル、3PL、マーケティング関連の調達を管理。支出分析やKPIモニタリングを通じて、効率的な運用をサポートします。
プロセス管理
新規ベンダー承認、予算管理、調達パフォーマンスレポートの作成など、Procure-to-Payプロセス全体を運営し、コンプライアンスを確保します。
契約・管理業務
契約書レビュー、締結サポート、調達関連書類の管理を通じて、リスクを最小化し、ビジネスの信頼性を高めます。
Qualifications
日本語：ネイティブレベル（またはN1＋実務経験）
英語：ビジネス文書読解レベル（スピーキング尚可）
日本国内での調達業務経験（5年以上）、交渉経験必須
ステークホルダー管理、支出分析、RFP対応スキル
優れたコミュニケーション能力、交渉力、問題解決力
Microsoft Officeスキル（Excel, Word, PowerPoint等）
歓迎条件：間接材調達経験、グローバル企業での勤務経験、分析ツール（Power BI等）使用経験
