PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure their successful delivery within established timelines and objectives. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. You will also identify potential risks and implement effective strategies to mitigate them, all while maintaining adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

BUSINESS PLANNING 

You will develop strategic business plans and detailed project roadmaps to support organizational goals. This includes analyzing business requirements and translating them into actionable project plans. Additionally, you will monitor and report on project performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.

TEAM COORDINATION

As part of your role, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration to drive success. You will assign roles, responsibilities, and tasks to team members to maximize productivity and efficiency. Furthermore, you will motivate and provide ongoing support to team members, ensuring the achievement of project milestones and objectives.

PRESENTING IDEAS

You will create and deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders, clients, and executive leadership. This involves clearly articulating project goals, strategies, and outcomes to achieve alignment and secure buy-in. Additionally, you will effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts in a concise, engaging, and professional manner.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in an advertising agency

Fluent in German and English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in planning tools

Skilled in managing timelines and budgets effectively

Additional Info

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.334 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
