New Outlet Acquisition & Activation

• Prospect, identify, and open new mass HORECA outlets within your assigned territory

• Drive horizontal expansion through continuous new customer recruitment

• Ensure new outlets are properly onboarded and buy directly from the official distributor

• Clearly communicate the benefits of buying directly, including availability, service, and reliability

• Support first orders and initial activation of newly opened outlets

• Build strong first relationships with outlet owners and decision-makers

Territory Management, Coordination & Reporting

• Systematically cover your territory and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects

• Work closely with other sales roles to ensure smooth handover and sales sustainability

• Track and report daily field activities, new openings, and market feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Fresh graduate or up to 0–2 years of experience
• Field sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage, not a requirement

We are looking for a Reacher – On-Premise to drive horizontal expansion within the mass HORECA universe by opening new customer accounts across a defined territory.

This is a fully field-based role, focused on identifying, onboarding, and activating new local outlets such as neighborhood coffee shops, small restaurants, gyms, gaming centers, and similar mass HORECA formats. The role plays a key part in expanding our customer base by ensuring new outlets are opened correctly and purchase directly from Red Bull’s main distributor, while collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure long-term sustainability.
