AREA MANAGEMENT
Ensures excellent, intelligent, and effective coverage of the area through Musketeers.
Develops and nurtures strong relationships with key On-Premise partners.
Spends at least four days per week in the field with Musketeers.
Manages partnership agreement payments and budgets effectively.
Upholds professional and appropriate behavior during both daytime and nighttime visits.
Analyzes regional and account-specific data to identify key business drivers.
Leads and guides the team to ensure On-Premise account staff understand the brand and Red Bull's execution standards.
Ensures Musketeers service accounts properly to drive increased sales.
Facilitates premium On-Premise activations and High 5 execution at third-party events held in On-Premise venues.
Utilizes global and national activities/events strategically across the right venues.
Allocates resources to maximize return on investment and continuously improves dollar-per-case efficiency.
Observes market trends and maintains comprehensive data on competitors.
STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLANNING & EXECUTION
Implements national and regional business plans.
Ensures that short-term and long-term strategies and activities align with RBNA guidelines.
Allocates resources to maximize return on investment, while continuously improving dollar-per-case spending efficiency.
Assists in the development of the business plan and budget for the business unit.
Monitors market trends and maintains data on competitors.
Facilitates effective communication with RBNA, customers, and distributors.
MANAGING & COACHING
Provides guidance, training, and leadership to Musketeers to achieve desired outcomes.
Effectively coaches Musketeers by addressing their strengths and areas for improvement.
Motivates and inspires the team to succeed through various actions and initiatives.
Actively identifies and engages potential qualified candidates to join the team.
EXECUTION STANDARDS
Visibility - The ROPM collaborates with the OPM to ensure visibility is strategically arranged to optimize sales.
Menu Listings and Cooler Facings - The ROPM ensures Red Bull products are listed and displayed in accordance with RBNA guidelines and designated planograms.
Perfect Serve - The ROPM collaborates with the OPM to guarantee that a chilled Red Bull can is provided to consumers, either as part of a cocktail or as a standalone beverage.
Pricing Strategy - The ROPM partners with the OPM to promote the ideal pricing for Red Bull and Red Bull cocktails across all managed accounts, adhering to RBNA guidelines.
Consumption Activation - The ROPM coordinates with the OPM to introduce suitable consumption activation tools and communication materials.
Possess extensive knowledge, established contacts, and experience within the on-premise industry.
4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
More than 2 years of management experience, preferably in the on-premise beverage industry.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and adeptness in negotiation.
Exceptional communication and active listening abilities.
Exhibits a creative, solution-driven mindset.
Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Fully understands and embodies the Musketeer profile.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
