The Regional Talent Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment of high-performing talent for various levels and roles across Latin America (primarily in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Panama Dominican Republic and Latam roles).
The TA Analyst will work closely with the local HR teams and Hiring Managers, empowering and guiding them to make informed hiring decisions.
Will apply HR recruitment best practices and processes within the region and local markets, ensuring a premium candidate experience across Latin America throughout the entire hiring lifecycle. Additionally, will utilize data and insights to analyze internal and external information and provide recommendations for solutions.
