PROJECT SUPPORT

• Support Senior Event Specialist in the execution of our implentation in third party events and Red Bull Events. 
• Be present in some of our executions in third party events. Mostly on weekends. 
• Bring ideas that may contribuite to Sports event marketing plan.

EVENT COORDINATION

• Coordinate between Red Bull areas our executions in big third party events and other events that requiere work between areas. 
• Coordinate and lead comunication with our logistics agency and manage event tools for every participation. 

WAREHOUSE AND BUDGET

•  Be the main POC with our warehouse agency and manage the status of materials and inventory. 
•  Budget managment for third party events and logistic agency. 

Qualifications

• Experience in events production, organization.
• Knowledge in sports in general. 
• Experience in working with Red Bull (e.g. Student Marketeer). 
• EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Ability to manage budget.
• Creative, innovative and open-minded.
• An understanding/specialist knowledge/experience of sport performance.
• Self-conscious, sporty, motivated, capable of working in a team, friendly, loyal, communicative, social, stress-resistant.

The Event Specialist assists the respective Senior Event Specialist in executing the implementation of Red Bull in Sports events. Project and programmes and takes self-responsibility for selected projects. Lead the relationship with our functional tools materials agency and lead the relationship with our field marketing team in sports events.
