SPORTS EVENT SET UP AND HANDLING

• Organize and support small fire events ensuring perfect branding execution, compliance to procedures & policies and safety standards.
• Execute selected events around Greece that sports department supports with branding and overall set up.
• Supports the sports department in defined parts of bigger projects run throughout the year.
• Undertake everyday operations related to events, athletes support and office essential tasks. 
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

OWNERSHIP AND HANDLING OF EVENT RED BULL ASSETS

• Key responsible for the yearly Red Bull Event car program. Aligning with all the departments and clearly set up the event car schedule. Take care of the maintenance of the car. Propose new concepts on where the car may be placed.
• Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring they are clean, organized, and in good repair.
• Propose new assets, how and where may be utilized and placed.

COLLABORATION AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

• Contribute unique stories, interesting topics, new formats and top media content.
• Work with sports people, partners, organizers, sponsors to support the event goals.
• Collaborate with Communication department for connecting events with media exposure.
• Stay updated on sports trends and best practices.

Qualifications

2-3 years work experience in a Sports/Events or Marketing agency, Sports institution or Federation (experience in working with Red Bull will be considered an asset)

An understanding/specialist knowledge of the Sports industry

Ability to manage budget

Sporty, creative, innovative and open-minded personality

Self-motivated, self-directed and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment

Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills with ability to meet deadlines

An agile, flexible team player who knows how to get the work done

Fluent in written and spoken English. IT & MS Office literate

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

This role involves forward thinking, program administration, facility oversight and collaboration with staff, athletes and community partners. This role reports the Sports Manager and requires strong knowledge of sports rules, techniques and training methods. Organizational and time management skills together with an eye for detail are key qualifications for the position.
