BUSINESS RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR GLOBAL ONBOARDING TOOL

  • Take ownership of our global onboarding workflow and communication tool and ensure it delivers exceptional value across all regions.
  • Continuously enhance the global onboarding workflow based on feedback and business needs.
  • Drive adoption by upskilling local teams, sharing best practices, and fostering engagement.
  • Track and report on usage and success metrics to demonstrate the tool’s impact.
  • Lead roll-outs to new regions, including facilitating process workshops, supporting in training and testing, and managing change.
  • Establish an annual review process to update workflows and communication materials.

  • Take charge of our performance management system, driving enhancements and ensuring its seamless implementation.
  • Identify and prioritize system improvements to meet evolving business needs.
  • Develop and execute activation and communication strategies in line with our performance and development cycles.
  • Drive adoption and impact by upskilling local teams, sharing best practices, and fostering engagement.
  • Maintain knowledge resources and provide regular adoption and success reports.

 

INTERNAL HR COMMUNICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER

  • Maintain and elevate our Talent Management intranet space, ensuring all resources are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Use internal communication channels to share global standards, updates, and best practices to support HR teams worldwide.

 

SUPPORT THE TALENT MANAGEMENT TEAM & EXPAND YOUR ROLE

Expand your expertise by contributing to other talent management initiatives, gaining exposure to a variety of topics and projects.

Qualifications

2-3 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, HR Systems, Talent Management, Project Management, Communications, or a similar role.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a related discipline such as Psychology, HR or Business Administration.

Excellent English skills (written and spoken), German is a plus.

Proven experience in managing system-supported HR processes and projects.

Self-driven, autonomous working style and the willingness to take ownership of topics.

Strong focus on execution with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (in English) and stakeholder management.

Technical affinity and a passion for improving and simplifying tools and processes.

Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design and user experience.

Interest in data and the ability to translate insights into actions.

Additional Info

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
