The Red Team Services Consultant role at CrowdStrike in Tokyo, Japan, is a pivotal position for cybersecurity experts passionate about simulating real-world attacks. In this full-time role, you'll execute and lead Red Team and penetration testing engagements, helping customers test their defenses against sophisticated threats. • Develop comprehensive, high-quality reports outlining attack paths, vulnerabilities, and pragmatic remediation recommendations tailored for management and technical audiences.
• Advance the Red Team's capabilities through tool development, security research, and mentorship of junior members.
• Produce and present detailed written and verbal reports, recommendations, and findings to customer stakeholders.
• Present complex technical material effectively to both non-technical executives and technical teams.
• Demonstrate industry thought leadership by contributing to blog posts, CrowdCasts, and public speaking events.

Qualifications & Requirements

CrowdStrike seeks top-tier talent with proven expertise in offensive security. Essential qualifications include:

• Advanced experience conducting Red Team and penetration testing assessments.
• Proficiency with common pentest and Red Team tools, including C2 frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of attacking Active Directory, enterprise infrastructure, AWS, Azure, and other cloud environments.
• Tool development experience, plus automation and scripting skills for applications and systems.
• Extensive expertise in attacks on Windows, *NIX, or MacOS, with familiarity across platforms.
• Advanced skills in targeting networking components like routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points (highly desirable).
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, capable of presenting to senior executives.
• Security community involvement, such as conference speaking, blogging, or tool development, is highly preferred.

Bonus points for relevant certifications like OSCP, OSEP, OSED, GPEN, GXPN, CRT, CCT-Inf, CCSAS, CRTP, or CRTO—though not required.
