As Regional Account Manager - South Florida, you'll be the strategic partner for professional customers in Miami and surrounding areas. Your mission: grow new and existing Behr/Kilz business in channels like property management, hospitality, healthcare, HOA, construction, and commercial coatings. Oversee the full sales pipeline—from opportunity identification to deal closure—while crafting territory plans aligned with Behr’s Strategic Deployment Plan (SDP). Success demands consultative selling, market savvy, and disciplined execution to boost market share, revenue, and profitability.
This field-based role involves travel, customer events, and collaboration with internal teams. Operate safely, maintain CRM accuracy, and represent the brand professionally at trade shows and seminars. Ideal for mid-level sales pros with B2B experience ready to thrive in a dynamic, high-accountability environment.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to expand market share. Identify trends, competitive activity, and opportunities to position Behr/Kilz as preferred suppliers.
