- Coach sales team to master enterprise deal closing, consistently exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives for MongoDB Atlas.
- Enable proactive prospecting, pipeline qualification, and development focused on AI database and cloud-native platform opportunities.
- Proactively recruit and develop elite Enterprise Sales Executives to build a world-class team.
- Foster enduring customer relationships that unlock expansion, upsell, and renewal growth.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Customer Success Managers, and Professional Services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction with MongoDB deployments.
