Key Responsibilities at Datadog

  • Build and Scale Elite Sales Team: Recruit, hire, train, and ramp high-performing Enterprise Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition and expansion revenue.
  • Crush Bookings Quotas: Achieve and exceed annual Enterprise bookings targets with monthly/quarterly cadences in Indonesia's competitive market.
  • Drive Sales Excellence: Coach executives on productivity metrics including average deal size, win rates, pipeline velocity, and forecast accuracy.
  • Master Complex Deals: Guide team through executive relationship building, multi-stakeholder negotiations, and value-based pricing discussions.
  • Shape GTM Strategy: Define regional go-to-market execution including territory planning, account segmentation, and competitive positioning.

  • 10+ years total Enterprise sales experience including 3+ years managing teams selling to 5000+ employee organizations
  • Demonstrated success building high-performing sales organizations from the ground up
  • Technical fluency in modern IT stack: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, DevOps, SaaS, Kubernetes, SRE practices
  • Proven complex sales cycle management with C-level engagement, legal review, and procurement navigation
  • Track record consistently exceeding quota through team development and individual contribution
  • Comfortable with regular travel across Indonesia and region for customer meetings
