Datadog, the leading cloud monitoring and security platform, is seeking a dynamic Regional Director, Enterprise Sales to lead our Indonesia sales team in Jakarta. This high-impact leadership role drives Datadog's explosive growth in the Southeast Asia market by building and managing a world-class Enterprise sales organization. You'll spearhead the full sales cycle for Fortune 500 companies adopting Datadog's observability platform to monitor their complex cloud-native environments.
As Enterprise Sales Director, you'll recruit top talent, crush aggressive bookings quotas, and shape go-to-market strategies tailored to Indonesia's rapidly evolving tech landscape. With deep expertise in Cloud infrastructure monitoring, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture, you'll empower your team to deliver massive business value to C-level executives at Indonesia's largest enterprises.
Datadog's platform provides end-to-end visibility across applications, infrastructure, logs, and security – making you the strategic partner enterprises need for digital transformation success. This role offers unlimited earning potential through performance-based commissions plus equity in a NASDAQ-listed SaaS leader (DDOG).
