As the primary point of contact for employees and managers, you'll partner across HR functions to deliver exceptional experiences from onboarding to offboarding. Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

As a Regional Employee Experience Manager at MongoDB, you'll drive positive outcomes in a dynamic tech landscape:

• Serve as primary HR contact for P&T and GSO teams, handling escalations with urgency.
• Support lifecycle processes: onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding for smooth transitions.
• Coach managers on performance feedback, expectations, and calibration in fast-paced tech settings.
• Investigate concerns: Gather facts, recommend resolutions, and mediate disputes fairly.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws tailored to Product & Technology needs.
• Collaborate globally with HRBPs, Recruiting, Total Rewards, and Operations for seamless experiences.
• Contribute to programs: Enable managers via training aligned with MongoDB's leadership framework.
• Improve processes: Partner on HR initiatives to support MongoDB's growth in NoSQL and AI.
• Foster inclusion: Facilitate conversations maintaining a respectful workplace culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as a Regional Employee Experience Manager at MongoDB, bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field plus 5–7 years HR generalist/employee relations experience.
• Strong U.S. employment law knowledge, applicable to tech business units.
• Manager coaching expertise balancing business needs with fairness in sensitive situations.
• Exceptional communication to influence without authority across global teams.
• Tech HR experience, preferably in product/technology and high-growth environments like MongoDB.
• Discretion with confidential info and independent work in hybrid model (Austin or NYC).

Experience with MongoDB, NoSQL databases, or scalable tech orgs is a plus for this employee experience role.
