Role Overview

As a Regional Maintenance Trainer at PepsiCo's Domodedovo Plant in Moscow, Russia, you will play a pivotal role in elevating equipment reliability and production efficiency. This full-time position involves coaching equipment coordinators, implementing preventive maintenance systems, and driving root cause analysis to minimize downtime. Reporting to production leadership, you will collaborate across functions to ensure seamless operations in our high-volume food and beverage manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will focus on hands-on training and system implementation:

• Conduct coaching for equipment coordinators on integrated work systems to achieve targets in production cell KPIs.
• Train staff on breakdown prevention, planned maintenance, and technical servicing protocols.
• Support data collection, breakdown analysis, and development of corrective/preventive actions.
• Facilitate deep-dive analyses in cells, equipment failure mapping, and optimization of cleaning/lubrication schedules.
• Plan maintenance activities, spare parts procurement, and deliver technical training to enhance staff qualifications.
• Lead daily cascade meetings, prioritize team tasks, and coach on delivering quality information.
• Conduct root cause investigations using tools like 5-Why, 8 Right Questions, BPM, and KPM.
• Collaborate with other trainers for integrated training planning and certification of specialists.
• Oversee commissioning of lines and equipment, ensuring budget and timeline adherence for timely production launches.

Daily Impact

Expect to spend time on the plant floor, facilitating workshops, analyzing equipment data, and mentoring teams to foster a culture of proactive maintenance and zero defects.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Higher technical education degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Deep understanding of production technological processes and equipment interactions.
• Proficiency in working with technical documentation, blueprints, and reporting.
• Skills in equipment repair, diagnostics, and adherence to health, safety, and labor protection rules.
• Strong leadership competencies, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and conflict resolution skills.
• Desire and aptitude for teaching and coaching others.

Preferred Experience

Prior exposure to Lean manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), or similar continuous improvement frameworks is highly valued.
