As a Regional Maintenance Trainer at PepsiCo's Domodedovo Plant in Moscow, Russia, you will play a pivotal role in elevating equipment reliability and production efficiency. This full-time position involves coaching equipment coordinators, implementing preventive maintenance systems, and driving root cause analysis to minimize downtime. Reporting to production leadership, you will collaborate across functions to ensure seamless operations in our high-volume food and beverage manufacturing environment. Your day-to-day will focus on hands-on training and system implementation:

Prior exposure to Lean manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), or similar continuous improvement frameworks is highly valued.
