  • Lead recruiting efforts to hire top Sales Engineering talent in the Jakarta region and mentor new hires through onboarding.
  • Enable your team with expertise in all Datadog solutions, including monitoring, APM, logs, security, and synthetics.
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships with Product Management, Support, and Enablement for seamless pre-to-post sales continuity.
  • Conduct semi-annual performance reviews and collaborate on individual development plans.
  • Serve as the lead technical expert for strategic accounts, handling complex demos and POCs.
  • Coach team members on building and executing customer evaluation plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Engineering or equivalent client-facing technical role.
  • 1-3+ years in a Sales Engineering team lead or mentorship capacity.
  • Proven track record growing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Hands-on experience recruiting individual contributors and frontline managers.
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and observability stacks.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey business value and technical advantages.
