As the Regional Manager of Workplace Services (WPS) for the APJ region at CrowdStrike, you'll oversee workplace and office operations across key locations including Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo, Pune (x2), Osaka, Melbourne, Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. Based in our Singapore office, this on-site role requires 5 days a week in-office presence, with recurring travel throughout APJ for team meetings, operational reviews, and event support. Occasional travel to the US and EMEA may be needed for leadership meetings and projects. This position combines facilities management, team leadership, project management, and process implementation to deliver world-class services to all CrowdStrike staff and visitors. You'll champion consistency across complex initiatives, liaise with HR, Procurement, Finance, IT/AV, Physical Security, and local senior leadership, all while embracing our remote-first culture adapted for regional excellence.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of site-specific Workplace Coordinators and Concierge staff, fostering deliberate collaboration through thoughtful meeting agendas, both virtual and in-person. Ensure all regional offices operate at world-class standards, engaging in continuous quality and process improvements across WPS disciplines. Oversee annual operating budgets, track financial variances, and manage expenses. Determine staffing needs, conduct performance reviews, and support career development. Manage special projects and strategic initiatives, partnering with the Director of Global Workplace Services (GREWS) to establish procedures for customer service, maintenance, and office functionality. Handle 3rd-party vendors for janitorial, mechanical, security, and food services, enforcing minimum standards. Build relationships with landlords, vendors, and executive leadership to align services with business needs, emphasizing a hospitality-first mindset. Prioritize health, safety, and casualty prevention policies.
The ideal candidate has proven success in building, directing, and developing diverse teams while driving consistency across complex, multi-region initiatives. You need experience in facilities and workplace services management, budget oversight, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement across time zones. Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet targeted timelines, are essential.
