Role Overview

The Regional Product Manager - Singapore, Malaysia, and Philippines role at Cardinal Health in Singapore-Commercial is a pivotal position within Product & Solutions Marketing. This full-time role focuses on executing marketing strategies to differentiate our products, grow revenue, and boost market share across Southeast Asia. Reporting to the Director, you will develop campaigns, manage portfolios, and collaborate cross-functionally while acting as the 'face of the company' for key customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare focused growth plans for product portfolios and drive execution through multi-functional collaboration.
  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing activities, including trade show exhibits, for Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
  • Coordinate with corporate marketing on branding and implement strategies for target markets.
  • Develop marketing materials, brochures, and manage samples.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product and brand positioning.
  • Partner with sales and medical affairs to build Professional Education strategies, KOL engagement plans, and networks.
  • Drive customer experience improvements using engagement scores.
  • Lead team trainings on products, procedures, and processes.
  • Participate in cross-functional processes like Portfolio Rationalization and Sales & Operations Planning.
  • Provide direct customer communication, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

Additional duties include data-driven decision making, expense management, and promoting Cardinal Health culture at events.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant healthcare marketing experience, primarily in medical devices, within matrixed multinational organizations.
  • Advantageous: Experience in capital/consumables marketing.

Expected competencies include expertise in product/brand management, excellent communication for stakeholder engagement, self-starter mindset, results-focus, urgency, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
