Position Summary

The Regional Records & Site Support Associate role in Anchorage manages the full lifecycle of physical and digital records for the Alaska Business Unit. Ensure accurate classification, secure storage, compliant disposition, and reliable access to vital information. Key duties include eSearch administration, offsite storage, microfilm management, RIM training, Security Operations support like incident response and audits, plus deskside IT troubleshooting for seamless operations.

What You Will Do

Digital & Physical Records Management & Compliance

  • Oversee daily Digital & Physical Records Management Program operations for timely staff and external access.
  • Review, classify, prepare records for onsite/offsite storage with proper retention coding, transfer lists, boxing, and destruction identification.
  • Manage data tables in records databases like eSearch, including updates, testing, access reviews, and upgrade coordination.
  • Maintain local procedures and workflows aligned with global policies and BU needs.
  • Support Data Rooms with physical and electronic records.

RIM Program Leadership & Training

  • Deliver practical RIM training at BU level and ad hoc for individuals.
  • Develop yearly RIM strategies and ROC initiatives across field and office sites.

Security Ops Support

  • Assist legal/regulatory compliance, audits, incident management, response, and Alaska Risk Management processes.

Site Support

  • Provide deskside/remote support for Personal Computing in Anchorage.
  • Handle technical support, assembly, installation, repairs, moves for computers, mobiles, printers, peripherals, and inventory management.
