Role Overview

The Regional Sales Director (Remote, Mexico) is a pivotal Director-level role within our Field Sales team. Key Responsibilities

As Regional Sales Director, you'll spearhead sales efforts in Mexico, focusing on team leadership and revenue growth:

  • Lead a team of senior salespeople through day-to-day personnel management, pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, and opportunity management across short, mid, and long terms.
  • Build and leverage a deep network of VAR resellers to drive CrowdStrike's sales strategy and goal attainment.
  • Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue independently and collaboratively.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
  • Target and gain access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development teams to create visibility and drive engagement.
  • Work within the partner ecosystem to leverage established relationships.
  • Capture and maintain accurate prospect data using Salesforce.com, CLARITY, and other analytics tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, you'll bring proven expertise and a passion for cybersecurity:

  • 7+ years of successful solution sales experience leading teams selling cybersecurity software or infrastructure products.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, and SaaS technologies, plus competitive offerings.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets using target account selling, solution selling, or consultative techniques.
  • Aggressive self-starter skilled at building executive relationships, articulating CrowdStrike's strategies, and creating demand.
  • Aptitude for explaining complex tech solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
  • Recognized experience with senior executives, excellent communication, presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work remotely, travel on short notice, and operate independently or in teams.
  • MEDDPICC sales methodology experience preferred.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with candidates based in Mexico preferred.
