CrowdStrike is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Director for France, based remotely but commutable to Paris. This pivotal leadership role involves building, growing, and sustaining sales success across the region. Success demands excellent energy, drive, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to motivate teams toward specific goals. You'll drive sales strategy, manage regional teams, and contribute to CrowdStrike's dominance in the cybersecurity market with the Falcon platform. In this role, you'll oversee Regional Sales Managers, align with corporate objectives, and ensure quota attainment in a high-growth cybersecurity environment. Your leadership will directly fuel CrowdStrike's mission to stop breaches using innovative AI-native solutions.
As Regional Sales Director, you'll provide hands-on management oversight to Regional Sales Managers, tackling all sales strategy and goal attainment issues. Participate in quarterly and annual strategic planning with sales leadership. Communicate corporate strategies effectively to your regional team. Plan and direct activities like forecasting, relationship development, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Establish short- and long-term goals and quotas aligned with CrowdStrike's objectives. Identify resource needs, develop budgets for senior review, and qualify enterprise opportunities at the management level. Serve as a coach, mentor, and educator to your team, selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to meet sales targets. Keep senior leadership updated on key issues impacting business results.
To thrive, you need passionate relationship-building and executive-level negotiating skills. Collaborate seamlessly with peers in Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development. Demonstrate a strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and competitive offerings. Proficiency in target account selling, solution selling, and consultative techniques is essential, along with an aptitude for how tech solutions like the Falcon platform solve business problems. Required experience includes success as a Regional Sales Director with multi-year quota overachievement, working with sales and technical teams, budget development, managing professionals, fostering positive environments, remote work capability, 50% travel willingness, and excellent communication/presentation skills. Location: Remote in France, commutable to Paris.
