Role Overview

The Regional Sales Director for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), based remotely in Poland, is a pivotal leadership role within CrowdStrike's Central European Field Sales team. Reporting to senior sales leadership, you'll provide strategic oversight to Regional Sales Managers across the CEE region, driving sales strategy, goal attainment, and revenue growth. This position demands a seasoned sales leader with deep CEE market knowledge, particularly in tech and cybersecurity, to capitalize on high-potential opportunities and expand CrowdStrike's Falcon platform adoption.

Operating in a remote-first environment, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, Systems Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development. Participate in quarterly and annual strategic planning with sales management to shape CEE growth. Communicate corporate strategies effectively to regional teams, ensuring alignment with CrowdStrike's AI-native cybersecurity vision.

Sales Execution and Development

Plan and direct critical activities like sales pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, customer relationship development, and satisfaction. Establish short- and long-term goals, metrics, and quotas that support corporate and regional objectives. Identify and secure resources to bolster CEE sales strategies.

Opportunity Management and Coaching

Identify and qualify high-value sales opportunities at the management level within CEE. Serve as a coach, mentor, and educator to Regional Sales Managers, selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to surpass sales targets. Keep senior leadership informed of issues impacting business results.
