Regional Sales Director – Enterprise Services GB&I Siemens Healthineers

As Regional Sales Director for Enterprise Services in Great Britain & Ireland, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming healthcare. Your mission will be to support health systems in tackling some of their most pressing challenges: access to care, workforce shortages, ageing infrastructure, and the need for sustainable, affordable healthcare models.
Enterprise Services GB&I drives this transformation through Value Partnerships. 

You’ll shape and deliver these long-term strategic partnerships with high-profile public and private healthcare providers by:

What You’ll Do

• Win and deliver multi-year partnership deals that integrate technology, digital solutions, operational transformation, and financing innovation.
• Engage at CEO and C-suite level to co-create bespoke solutions improving patient access and outcomes.
• Engage early with the customer to identify long-term strategic challenges and co-develop the roadmap for a partnership solution.
• Build internal coalitions and opportunity teams across Siemens Healthineers (Enterprise Services, Digital Health, Finance, Imaging, Lab Diagnostics, Advanced Therapies) to deliver integrated, cross-portfolio solutions.

• Senior healthcare business leader with commercial experience in NHS or private sector.
• Team-player mindset and enthusiasm for cross-functional working as the key to building a winning strategy for commercial opportunities.
• Commercial leadership experience in healthcare, ideally involving large, long-term, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Ability to engage senior executives including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs and system leaders.
• Professional integrity, sound business judgement and risk awareness.
• Willingness to travel across GB&I.
