In this role, you'll empower organizations to stay ahead of adversaries through hands-on technical sales support:

• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating AI monitoring and security capabilities.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and address technical questions in early customer engagements.

• Document innovative customer use cases, contributing to blog posts, product guides, and technical documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

We're seeking pioneers with deep expertise in emerging AI domains:

• 5+ years in enterprise software solutions, with solid AI & LLM knowledge including foundation models, vendors, use cases, training, fine-tuning, RAG, agents, and agentic AI.
• Deep AI security understanding: prompt injection, PII leakage, data/model poisoning, tampering, supply chain risks, mitigation best practices, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS.
• Cloud & DevOps familiarity: AWS, Azure, GCP; Kubernetes/EKS/AKS/GKE, Helm, Docker, secret management, IAM policies.
• Programming & API skills: APIs, HTTP, token auth; scripting in Python/Node.js; request shaping, error handling.
• Exceptional communication: Convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences, demos, architecture proposals.
• Managing edge deployments: Containerization, Kubernetes, cloud tools, IAM, DevOps troubleshooting.
