Role Overview

As a Regional Sales Engineer, AIDR (Remote, Singapore), you’ll be at the forefront of pioneering AI security. This full-time role involves acting as a trusted technical advisor, demonstrating how CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform monitors and secures AI deployments. Ideal for trailblazers with expertise in AI/LLMs and cybersecurity, you’ll support sales cycles, proofs-of-concept, and global customers in a remote-first environment. Key Responsibilities

Technical Advisory & Demonstrations

Guide customers through the sales cycle by showcasing AI security solutions, delivering compelling demos, and resolving technical queries in early engagements.

Proof-of-Concept Support

Assist customers in realizing measurable value during PoC projects, ensuring seamless integration of AIDR capabilities.

Content & Documentation

Capture innovative use cases, contributing to blog posts, product guides, and technical documentation to advance industry knowledge.

Global Collaboration

Work with a distributed team, flexing hours across time zones in our remote-first setup to deliver exceptional customer support.

Qualifications & Requirements

Core Experience

5+ years in enterprise software, with deep AI/LLM knowledge including foundation models, training, fine-tuning, RAG, agents, and tool usage.

AI Security Expertise

Mastery of prompt injection, PII leakage, data/model poisoning, tampering, supply chain risks, plus OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and MITRE ATLAS frameworks.

Cloud & DevOps Proficiency

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP; Kubernetes/EKS/AKS/GKE, Helm, Docker, secret management, IAM policies, storage, and networking.

Programming Skills

API expertise (HTTP, token auth), scripting in Python/Node.js, request shaping, error handling.

Soft Skills

Exceptional communication to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences, demo products, and write proposals. Bonus: sales engineering background, remote work success.
