The Regional Sales Engineer role in Mumbai, India, is your gateway to tackling real security challenges at the forefront of cybersecurity. Passionate about helping organizations stop breaches with a platform that just works? You'll serve as the technical bridge between CrowdStrike and our prospects, articulating why traditional security solutions fail and how Falcon excels. This full-time position demands significant security expertise in endpoint and network security, positioning you as a Trusted Advisor to drive project success and gain mindshare with C-level executives.
To thrive as a Regional Sales Engineer, bring proven experience in the endpoint or network security space, including AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, and HIPS/IDS. Technical expertise in endpoint security, cloud security, identity prevention, zero-trust, and MDR/XDR is essential. A strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems is required, along with the ability to articulate complex security problems to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives.
We're seeking self-starters who excel independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and presentation skills are non-negotiable. Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, plus a sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience. Ability to travel as required. Bonus points for experience with malware analysis, threat intelligence, sandboxing, scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash), virtualization/VDI, large-scale cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), OSI model, or certifications like CEH, CISSP, OSCP, or SANS.
