The Regional Sales Engineer role in Mumbai, India, is your gateway to tackling real security challenges at the forefront of cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling technical product presentations and live demonstrations of the Falcon platform.
  • Configure product installations and customizations during Proof of Value (POV) engagements.
  • Collaborate with Product Management as a liaison for key accounts' technical requirements.
  • Provide informal training to the Sales team on CrowdStrike technology, competitive messaging, and technical sales support.
  • Work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive as a Regional Sales Engineer, bring proven experience in the endpoint or network security space, including AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, and HIPS/IDS. Technical expertise in endpoint security, cloud security, identity prevention, zero-trust, and MDR/XDR is essential. A strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems is required, along with the ability to articulate complex security problems to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives.

We're seeking self-starters who excel independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and presentation skills are non-negotiable. Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, plus a sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience. Ability to travel as required. Bonus points for experience with malware analysis, threat intelligence, sandboxing, scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash), virtualization/VDI, large-scale cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), OSI model, or certifications like CEH, CISSP, OSCP, or SANS.
