About CrowdStrike

CrowdStrike is a global leader in cybersecurity, protecting the people, processes, and technologies that drive modern organizations. Since 2011, our mission has remained unwavering: stop breaches before they happen. We've redefined modern security with the world's most advanced AI-native platform, the CrowdStrike Falcon platform. This cloud-native solution delivers real-time visibility and protection across endpoints, cloud workloads, identity, and data. Our customers span all industries, relying on CrowdStrike to keep businesses running, communities safe, and lives moving forward. As a mission-driven company, we foster a remote-first culture that empowers every CrowdStriker with flexibility and autonomy to own their careers.

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Engineer (Remote, GBR) role at CrowdStrike is your chance to tackle real security challenges. We're seeking a technical expert passionate about helping organizations stop breaches using the Falcon platform that just works. In this position, you'll articulate why traditional security solutions fail and showcase how CrowdStrike's next-generation endpoint technology changes the game. Working remotely across the United Kingdom, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple engagements while serving as the technical bridge between CrowdStrike and our prospects.

Why This Role Matters

As a Sales Engineer, you'll influence the security market by demonstrating the Falcon platform's superiority in endpoint detection and response (EDR), threat hunting, and automated remediation. Your expertise will empower customers to achieve breach protection at machine speed.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll drive technical sales cycles with hands-on expertise. Key responsibilities include:

  • Articulating complex security problems—from endpoint and network threats to incident response and forensics—to C-level executives and technical audiences.
  • Demonstrating the Falcon platform's capabilities in AV, EDR, SIEM integration, firewalls, and HIPS/IDS.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams to close deals and deliver customer success.
  • Working independently as a self-starter on multiple high-stakes engagements.
  • Leveraging extensive infosec contacts to build pipelines and secure strong references.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as a Regional Sales Engineer at CrowdStrike, you need proven expertise and drive:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field like computer science or cybersecurity.
  • Sales engineering background or 5+ years in endpoint/network security, incident response, or forensics.
  • Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences, including executives.
  • Bonus: Experience with malware analysis, threat intelligence, scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, OSI model, or certifications like CISSP, CEH, OSCP.

Must-Have Technical Depth

You should easily explain how current solutions fail and why Falcon's AI-native approach succeeds.

Benefits & Perks

CrowdStrike offers market-leading rewards to support your success:

  • Competitive compensation with equity awards in a high-growth company.
  • Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs.
  • Generous vacation, holidays, paid parental, and adoption leaves.
  • Professional development for all levels.
  • Employee Networks, volunteer opportunities, and a remote-first culture with Great Place to Work™ certification.

Career Growth

At CrowdStrike, career ownership is key. Our remote-first culture provides limitless opportunities for innovation-focused talent. Advance from Sales Engineer to leadership roles in presales, solutions architecture, or customer success. With relentless customer commitment, you'll gain exposure to cutting-edge cybersecurity and global impact.
