Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager (Remote, Singapore) is a pivotal field sales role focused on driving new business revenue through our enterprise security solutions. You'll directly sell the full breadth of CrowdStrike's products, including flexible and scalable licensing models like Falcon Flex, to new customers in the Singapore region. This position targets complex enterprise and public sector accounts, involving prospecting, qualification, closing deals, and nurturing post-sale relationships for the first 12 months.

With primary accountability for new logo acquisition, you'll collaborate across teams—Account Managers, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Channel Partners, Finance, and Support—to ensure seamless onboarding, accelerated adoption, and expansion. Work is field-based, engaging executive-level decision-makers up to CXO levels, in a remote-first setup that prioritizes autonomy and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts by building relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging Falcon Flex and other scalable models.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for each account, mapping CrowdStrike’s AI-native Falcon platform benefits to customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for customer onboarding, product adoption, expansion, and transition to Account Managers after 12 months.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in CRM systems, including contacts, opportunities, sales stages, and forecasts.
  • Deliver accurate quarterly revenue forecasts, implement account plans, and promote CrowdStrike’s brand at all levels.
  • Provide customer feedback to enhance products, systems, and processes while maximizing mindshare through success stories.
