  • Executing end-of-period reporting, gap closure initiatives, and strategic performance analysis.
  • Defining channel-specific growth strategies by portfolio type and price points, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Supporting go-to-market (GTM) strategy implementation and managing promotional plans for push and pull channels.
  • Overseeing Perfect Store standards, including displays, visibility, assortment, and POSM deployment.
  • Analyzing sales data to uncover opportunities, developing annual operating plans (AOP), and providing category insights.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must bring proven expertise in FMCG sales leadership:

  • Higher education degree in business, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in managerial positions.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency for global collaboration.
  • Advanced PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office and sales analytics tools.
  • Solid financial knowledge for budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
