Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager, Existing Accounts, is a pivotal field sales role based remotely in Ohio. This position focuses on driving incremental revenue within existing customers through usage adoption, product expansion, and successful renewals. Upon transfer from new business Regional Sales Managers and the Customer Success team, you'll own the company relationship, cross-selling and up-selling CrowdStrike's comprehensive product portfolio, including flexible licensing models like Falcon Flex. You'll collaborate with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Channel Partners, Finance, and Customer Support to maximize account value. Assigned to large enterprise or complex public sector accounts, this role demands expert-level selling to executive decision-makers, including CXO levels, in a high-quota, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll take full ownership of account growth and retention. Key responsibilities include prospecting new products and use cases, building relationships with key decision-makers across buying centers, and identifying expansion opportunities. Develop comprehensive business plans for each account, mapping CrowdStrike's Falcon platform benefits to customer requirements. Own the renewal process by forecasting, negotiating, and closing deals while mitigating risks through stakeholder engagement. Coordinate seamless hand-offs post-initial close to drive adoption, expansion, and flexible model drawdown. Ensure accurate forecasting, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), quota attainment, and broad product adoption. Maintain timely CRM documentation of all customer interactions, opportunities, and commitments. Promote CrowdStrike's brand at all levels, share success stories, and relay customer feedback for product improvements. Expect significant field work to engage directly with clients.
