The Regional Sales Manager, Existing Accounts role in Sydney (Remote) is a pivotal field sales position focused on driving incremental revenue within existing customer accounts. You'll take ownership of relationships post-handover from new business sales and Customer Success teams, spearheading cross-sell, up-sell, and renewal strategies across our Falcon platform portfolio. This role emphasizes product expansion, usage adoption, and flexible licensing models like Falcon Flex. With assigned accounts being large and complex, you'll engage executive-level decision-makers, including CXOs, to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and product breadth. Work is primarily field-based, allowing you to build deep customer relationships while leveraging our remote-first culture for ultimate flexibility.
In this expert-level role, you'll own quota attainment for expansion, renewals, and drawdown on flexible pools, collaborating seamlessly with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Channel Partners, and more.
