CrowdStrike is a global leader in cybersecurity, protecting the people, processes, and technologies that drive modern organizations. Since 2011, our mission has remained unwavering: to stop breaches. We've redefined modern security with the world's most advanced AI-native platform, the Falcon platform, which delivers cloud-native protection powered by cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning. Our customers span all industries, relying on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, communities safe, and lives moving forward. As a mission-driven company, we foster a remote-first culture that empowers every CrowdStriker with flexibility and autonomy to own their careers. We're passionate about innovation, customer success, and building a collaborative community.

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager, Existing Accounts, is a pivotal field sales role focused on driving incremental revenue within CrowdStrike's existing customer base in the United Kingdom. This position takes ownership of accounts transferred from new business Regional Sales Managers and the Customer Success team. You'll spearhead cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the full breadth of CrowdStrike's products, including flexible licensing models like Falcon Flex. Your expertise will ensure high Net Revenue Retention (NRR), product adoption, and successful renewals. This role demands expert-level knowledge of cybersecurity sales, executive engagement up to CXO levels, and a relentless drive for customer success in complex enterprise environments.

Why This Role Matters

In a landscape where cyber threats evolve daily, your work directly contributes to expanding the Falcon platform's reach, helping customers maximize their security posture while achieving CrowdStrike's growth objectives. Operate in a remote-first culture with significant field travel to build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

As Regional Sales Manager, Existing Accounts, you'll own the full lifecycle of account growth and retention. Key duties include:

  • Prospecting new products and use cases within assigned accounts, identifying opportunities across buying centers by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Developing and executing tailored business plans that map CrowdStrike's Falcon platform benefits to customer requirements, goals, and strategies.
  • Owning renewal processes: forecasting, risk identification, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and closure to mitigate barriers.
  • Coordinating seamless handoffs post-initial close with teams like Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Channel Partners to drive adoption and expansion.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM documentation of all activities, opportunities, and forecasts, while promoting CrowdStrike's brand and sharing customer success stories.

Expect to achieve quotas for NRR, expansion, Falcon Flex drawdown, and product breadth in larger, complex enterprise accounts.

Qualifications & Requirements

CrowdStrike seeks proven experts who thrive in high-stakes sales environments. Essential qualifications include:

  • Expert-level experience selling enterprise security software, with deep knowledge of sales methodologies, the sales lifecycle, and CrowdStrike's products.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer decision-making, business objectives, and technical contexts in cybersecurity.
  • Superior presentation, negotiation, financial acumen, and consultative skills for engaging all customer levels, including CXOs.
  • Self-starter leadership to rally internal and external stakeholders, fully adept at building trust and driving complex deals.
  • Track record in account management, renewals, expansions, and flexible licensing models in the tech or cybersecurity sector.

This role involves primarily field-based work away from home or company offices, targeting the UK's enterprise accounts.

Joining CrowdStrike means accessing premium benefits tailored to top talent:

  • Competitive salary estimated at £110,000 - £180,000 GBP annually, plus uncapped commissions and incentives.
  • Remote-first culture offering flexibility and work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans.
  • Professional development resources and career autonomy.
  • Stock options and performance bonuses in a high-growth company.
  • Collaborative environment with access to innovative tools and global teams.
