As a Regional Sales Manager, Healthcare (Remote, Central), you'll drive CrowdStrike's growth in the healthcare sector by managing up to 70 enterprise accounts primarily in the Central Time Zone (CST). This field sales role focuses on protecting healthcare organizations from advanced adversaries using the Falcon platform's cutting-edge capabilities. Residing in CST time zones is preferred for optimal collaboration. With a disclosed salary range of $85,000 - $128,000 USD per year, plus competitive upside, this position offers remote flexibility, up to 50% travel, and the chance to make a tangible impact on global security. If you're results-driven, technologically savvy, and passionate about healthcare cybersecurity, this role positions you at the forefront of stopping breaches in a critical industry.
In this high-impact role, you'll identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue across your territory. Scope, negotiate, and close agreements that exceed booking and revenue quotas. Target decision-makers like CIOs and CSOs in key healthcare prospects, establishing and nurturing executive-level relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development—to create visibility and drive engagement. Leverage partners' established relationships, capture prospect intelligence in Salesforce.com, and adapt to rapidly changing situations with innovative problem-solving.
Expect to match CrowdStrike's strengths to clients' needs, explain complex cybersecurity concepts simply, and build internal and external partnerships. Your efforts will directly contribute to defeating adversaries targeting healthcare data and infrastructure.
Success demands demonstrated experience in target account selling, solution selling, and consultative techniques, especially with healthcare regulatory concerns like Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). You need a strong grasp of cybersecurity, cloud, and SaaS technologies, plus proven relationship-building with healthcare senior executives. Essential skills include problem-solving for complex issues, outstanding presentation and closing abilities, time management, and self-motivation. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) is required, with bonus points for 5+ years selling software/infrastructure security to enterprises. Be prepared for remote work and up to 50% travel on short notice.
Prior experience navigating healthcare regulations and negotiating BAAs sets top candidates apart, ensuring compliance while driving sales in a highly regulated sector.
