Regional Sales Manager – Iraq/Northern Region (Kurdistan Region)

Join our Digital Industry as the Regional Sales Manager and help us transform the everyday by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow.

You‘ll make an impact by:

  • Building, managing, and growing relationships with existing partners (such as resellers, distributors, or System Integrators) to drive sales and revenue.
  • Identify and onboard new sales partners
  • Track partner performance and Sales Systematics (opportunities in CRM- Sales Force)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Support, Order Management, Product, and Service support)
  • Product Portfolio: DCS, SCADA, PLC, RTU, Drives, Process Instruments, Cyber Security etc
  • Verticals: O&G, Water and Waster Water, Cement, Food & Beverage.

Your success is grounded in

  • 5-7 years experience in sales role. Experience in similar verticals and similar product portfolio preferred.
  • 2-3 years experience in account management.
  • 2-3 years experience in Iraq is essential.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Sales and business development knowledge.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
  • Presentation and training skills.
