  • Coordinate with Account Managers, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and partners for onboarding, adoption, expansion, and account handoff after 12 months.
  • Maintain timely CRM documentation of contacts, opportunities, stages, and forecasts for accurate pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on events, seminars, and roadmap sessions to boost brand mindshare and publicize success stories.
