The Regional Sales Manager, Majors - New Accounts (Remote) is a high-impact field sales position focused on driving new revenue through enterprise security software solutions. Based remotely in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, or Nebraska, you'll directly sell across CrowdStrike's product portfolio, emphasizing flexible and scalable licensing models like Falcon Flex. This role owns the full sales cycle for new business accounts: prospecting, qualifying, closing deals, and nurturing relationships during the first 12 months post-sale. You'll collaborate with Account Managers, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Channel Partners, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure seamless onboarding, accelerated adoption, and expansion. With a disclosed salary range of $130,000 - $175,000 USD per year, this position targets the largest and most complex Enterprise/Major accounts, interacting with CXO-level decision makers.
In this quota-carrying role, you'll be accountable for accurate forecasting, quarterly revenue delivery, and executing account plans that map CrowdStrike's Falcon platform benefits to customer needs.
