Job Summary

As Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you'll provide consultative support to dealers, deliver sales/marketing training, and sell Watkins Wellness products through the dealer channel. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers via training, visits, communication, and follow-up.

  • Achieve annual sales targets for spas, saunas, and accessories.
  • Implement sales/marketing programs, coordinating with corporate teams.
