Job Summary

As Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you'll provide consultative support to dealer customers in Iowa and parts of Illinois. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Relationship Management

Training & Development

  • Deliver regular sales/marketing training to enhance dealer capabilities and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate with corporate teams to implement programs effectively.

Territory Management

  • Plan dealer visits, routes, agendas, and submit reports/expenses.
  • Ensure sales/marketing programs are executed region-wide.

Problem Solving & Promotion
