Role Overview

  • Coordinating with Account Managers, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Channel Partners, Finance, and Support for smooth onboarding, accelerated adoption, and account transitions.
  • Maintaining timely CRM documentation of all customer interactions, opportunities, forecasts, and commitments.
  • Delivering accurate quarterly revenue forecasts, implementing account plans, and maximizing CrowdStrike's brand presence through success stories and executive engagements.
  • Providing critical customer feedback to refine products, systems, and processes, all while working primarily in the field across Saudi Arabia.
