  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing producers, Internal Wholesalers, and Sales Effectiveness teams to meet sales goals.
  • Identifying producer needs swiftly and applying Symetra's sales process, including a compelling value proposition, to close deals.
  • Delivering product and sales training via one-on-one sessions, group meetings, seminars, workshops, and branch events.
  • Strategically deploying marketing and sales resources in collaboration with the division marketing team, optimizing travel and expense budgets to forge new producer relationships.

Travel and Compliance

With 75% travel required, you must reside within the assigned territory and maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, strictly following FINRA, SEC, Department of Insurance, Symetra Compliance, and firm policies.
