Established just 18 months ago, our Relationship Account Management team is rapidly scaling, and we're seeking passionate technology professionals to fuel this growth.

As a Relationship Account Manager (RAM), you'll serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, leveraging the full MongoDB ecosystem including MongoDB Atlas, the only globally distributed, multi-cloud database across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Your mission: drive upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and ensure customer success through education, enablement, and strategic alignment. Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers, aligning MongoDB initiatives with their internal processes, bottlenecks, and corporate strategy
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture relationships within accounts to expand stakeholder footprint and position MongoDB as a strategic partner
  • Negotiate renewals and growth opportunities, executing the MongoDB sales process to protect and expand the renewal base
  • Execute territory management including account tiering, strategic planning, risk reviews, and activity expectations
  • Own and deliver accurate forecasting week-over-week and quarter-over-quarter
  • Leverage data signals and proactive outreach to identify and address portfolio risks
  • Partner closely with MongoDB executives, product managers, and leadership for positive customer outcomes
  • Conduct enablement sessions, strategy meetings, and business reviews via virtual platforms
  • Drive MongoDB Atlas adoption across multi-cloud environments for AI-era applications
