Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Higher technical education in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical service role as an engineer.
  • Detailed knowledge of repair processes, standards, modern imported mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
  • Strong understanding of machine parts, theoretical and practical mechanics, metrology, and standardization.
  • Proven skills in organizing food industry equipment repairs, reading blueprints, schematics, and technical docs (including English).
  • 2+ years of operational management experience leading teams.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation principles and technological processes.
  • PC proficiency, including MS Office and AutoCAD.

Preferred Experience

Hands-on experience in the food and beverage sector, particularly with high-speed production lines, is highly desirable.
