Role Overview

The Reliability Engineer Manager position at PepsiCo in Rojana, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Thailand, is a leadership role focused on maximizing asset reliability and technical availability across all production lines. Reporting to senior engineering leadership, you will spearhead initiatives to eliminate potential losses at the design stage, stabilize machine cycle times, increase Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and minimize Mean Time To Repair (MTTR). This role integrates new equipment seamlessly into existing lines, develops preventive maintenance and condition monitoring routines, and ensures routine tasks are operator-friendly. Key Responsibilities

In this critical role, you will:

• Maximize Technical Availability and Asset Reliability across all production lines by leading and promoting analytical problem-solving techniques to enhance overall asset effectiveness.
• Lead the site Asset Reliability program, owning and developing Analytical Problem Solving (APS) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) systems as the gatekeeper for effective closure.
• Manage the Condition Monitoring and Lubrication program, aiming for a 'zero planned maintenance time' concept to boost technical availability.
• Undertake comprehensive Condition Monitoring/lubrication skills gap analysis to develop targeted technical training for maintenance technicians.
• Cooperate with the engineering team to identify and eliminate potential losses at the design stage, stabilize machine cycle times, and integrate new equipment into existing lines.
• Develop and refine Preventive Maintenance and condition monitoring routines for new equipment, advise on technical training, and define costs/value drivers for lifecycle cost reduction.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as PepsiCo's Reliability Engineer Manager, candidates must meet these criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good computer literacy.
• Strong communication skills in Thai and English (writing, reading, speaking).
• Experience in the Food industry or FMCG is highly preferable.
• Prior experience with SAP execution, project management, and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in food factories is advantageous.
