This role integrates new equipment seamlessly into existing lines, develops preventive maintenance and condition monitoring routines, and ensures routine tasks are operator-friendly. Ideal for engineering professionals with supervisory experience in manufacturing, particularly in food or FMCG, this position offers a chance to drive lifecycle cost reductions and maximize return on capital invested.

  • Manage the Condition Monitoring and Lubrication program, aiming for a 'zero planned maintenance time' concept to boost technical availability.
  • Undertake comprehensive Condition Monitoring/lubrication skills gap analysis to develop targeted technical training for maintenance technicians.
  • Cooperate with the engineering team to identify and eliminate potential losses at the design stage, stabilize machine cycle times, and integrate new equipment into existing lines.
  • Develop and refine Preventive Maintenance and condition monitoring routines for new equipment, advise on technical training, and define costs/value drivers for lifecycle cost reduction.
