Role Overview

The Remote Dispatcher role within Velocare is pivotal to our operations, supporting a fast-paced, people-oriented team that's expanding nationally. This full-time position (38-40 hours/week) is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US. You'll remotely create and dispatch work orders to field personnel, managing the end-to-end process of receiving, storing, picking, packing, transporting, and delivering products. Operating 365 days a year, this role features a base schedule of 3-5 days per week (8-12 hours/day), including one weekend day and holidays as needed. Anticipated hourly pay ranges from $22.30 to $28.50, based on experience, with comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Dispatcher, you'll play a crucial role in our distributed supply chain:

• Utilize proprietary systems to generate work orders from channel partner orders.
• Efficiently dispatch orders to field teams, optimizing for staffing availability and completion timelines.
• Oversee manual and automated processes for product receipt, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and delivery.
