Siemens Digital Industries Software is looking for an experienced to Renewal Sales & Sales Operations Manager to drive recurring revenue in the BeNeLux region. You’ll own the sales strategy for all perpetual and subscription renewals - maintenance, on-premise, SaaS, and cloud - and work with the team to identify and execute upsell opportunities at the point of renewal. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Industry leadership, shaping the future of renewal business while delivering ARR growth and long-term customer success.

This role is based in Belgium or the Netherlands. We operate in a flexible hybrid model, with our team collaborating in the Rotterdam office twice a week.


Your New Role - Challenging and Future-Oriented

  • Lead the Renewal Sales & Sales Operations team 
  • Plan, secure, and grow recurring ARR, including upsell and expansion through structured sales initiatives
  • Drive the strategic transformation from Evergreen and Maintenance models toward scalable SaaS offerings
  • Enable and develop new team members
  • Deliver accurate forecasting in close collaboration with leadership and Finance partners
  • Support the team in business-critical customer negotiations
  • Ensure efficient, performance-driven operations across the entire team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Support
  • Engage proactively with customers and contribute to future-oriented topics and solutions


Your Profile – Strong, Relevant, and Impact-Driven

  • As a Renewal Sales & Sales Operations Manager, you demonstrate a strategic, conceptual, and analytical mindset combined with strong customer focus and confident executive presence
  • Several years of quota-carrying sales experience with proven success in direct, solution-oriented software sales and customer base development
  • Solid process and application knowledge across the product lifecycle (PLM)
  • Confidence engaging at both technical and senior management levels, with strong negotiation and closing capabilities
  • High customer orientation and the ability to inspire and influence both teams and markets
  • Experience in implementing and executing sales strategies and structured sales processes
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex, long-term business relationships
  • Analytical capability to assess sales activities and performance and translate insights into concrete actions
  • Experience with proposal creation and forecasting in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel across BeNeLux
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English (French is a valuable addition)
