Role Overview

As a Rep II, Customer Service Ops (Inbound and Outbound), you will be the first point of contact for patients, providers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless initial orders for diabetes testing supplies.   • 2 years of work experience, including 1 year of voice (call center) experience.
  • 2 years of college (UG2).
