  • Assess patient needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Adhere to protocols, scripts, and obtain necessary demographics and insurance details.
  • Demonstrate confidence to close sales, maximize upsells, and meet daily/weekly performance goals.
  • Collaborate with departments and physician teams to verify order eligibility for shipment.
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations, safeguarding PHI and confidential information.
  • Maintain precise notes in company systems and adapt to process changes swiftly.
  • Attend meetings, route calls appropriately, and contribute feedback for improvements.

  • 2 years of work experience, including 1 year of voice (call center) experience.
  • Minimum 6 months in call center sales, customer service upsells, or retention.
